陰離子聚合液態橡膠之研究

合由於其多方面的特性,為合成液態橡膠最好的方法,在本文中,我們以?化鋰(lithium na-
phthalene)為起始劑,利用活性陰離子聚合之方法(living anionic polymerization technique)
合成末端羧基液態聚丁二烯(carboxy-erminated polybutadiene),及末端烴基液態丁二烯(hy-
droxyl terminated polybutadiene),產品分子量可自由控制在六千以下(甚低至一千、二千),分
子量分佈在 1.3 左右,同時也探討了溫度效應、溶劑效應、起始劑濃度及共起始劑(co-initiator)
對液態聚丁二烯微細構造(microstructure)之影響,作系統化的研究。(

Liquid rubber became a product with thehighest potential in the rubber industry, becauseof its easy processing ability. Anionic poly-merization was the best way to synthesize liquidrubber since it had many merits in variousaspects. In this paper, carboxyl terminatedpolybutadiene and hydroxyl terminated polybut-adiene were synthesized by living anionic poly-merization technique with lithium naphthaleneas the initiator. The molecular weight of theproduct could be controlled freely under 6,000.In some cases, the molecular weight could evenbe lowered to 1,000. The ratio wasaround 1.3. Systematic studies of the effects oftemperature, solvent, initiator concentratian andco-initiator on the microstructure of liquid poly-butadiene were also carried out.
