- 中文摘要: 為要發展適台我國工廠的輝面熱處理用小型木炭氣發生裝置,把去年度所試製的輝面熱處理用木炭氣發生裝置加以改良,而在由此裝置所生成的木炭氣中實施鋼料的輝面熱處理。 由實驗所得的結果如下: (1)木炭氣中加熱鋼料時,除了木炭氣內含有室溫飽和水分者可使鋼料氧化外,其他木炭氣,例如用Silica gel乾燥者及施以純化者都不會使鋼料發生氧化。 (2)用Silica gel乾燥過的木炭氣及此木炭氣再經過純化者都可使低碳鋼S15CK,中碳鋼S45C,高碳鋼SK5發生滲碳“ (3)含有室溫飽和水分的木炭氣經過純化後不會使鋼料發生氧化“假如適當控制純化溫度時可使任何鋼料都不發生脫碳或滲碳。 (4)改良後的輝面熱處理用小型木炭氣發生裝置,在實際應用時,假如採用適當的純化條件,就可有效地達到輝面熱處理的目的。
- 英文摘要: In ordet to develop the small scale charcoal gas producer suitable tobright heat treatment of steels for domestic factories, we improved on thesmall scale charcoal gas producer which developed in the last year, andstudied the physico-chemical reactions between the charcoal gas and thecarbon steels at high temperature. The results obtained are as follows:1. When the steels were heated in charcoal gas, the oxidation occured if the charcoal gas contained saturated water vapor, but the oxidation did not occure if the charcoal gas was dried by silica gel or purified by charcoal.2. When the steels were heated in dried charcoal gas, the carburization took place for steels S15CK, S45C and SK5.3. If the charcoal gas contained saturated water vapor passed through the charcoal layer which heated in suitable temperature, the steels heated in this charcoal gas did not occure oxidation, decarburization.4. If the purifying conditions of charcoal gas were kept suitable range, this small scale charcoal gas producer suitable to bright heat treatment of steels for industrial applications.
