- 中文摘要: 本文首先控討BaO-Sm O-Ti 系列介電共振器之微波介電特性,當組成比例為0.15BaO.0.15Sm O.0.7TiO時,其具有良好的微波介電特性。由實驗結果可知,以7mole% Sr取代Ba時,可得到約0ppm/℃高穩定頻率溫度飄移係數(τf)之介電共振器,此外,適量之La取代Sm對頻率溫度飄移係數之提昇,比Sr取代Ba具有更大影響。證據顯示,燒結後樣品中之二次相,尤其以二養化鈦(Rutile相,τf=+400ppm/℃的含量多寡,為影響此介電共振器之頻率溫度飄移的重要因素。 少量SnO雜質的添加,可降低燒結溫度;而少量CdO之添加,具有提昇Q值之功效。煆燒或燒結條件之改變對此材料微波介電特性之影響,在本文中有所探討。4GHz時,此材料系統中加入1wt% CdO,可獲得ε=80.7,Qd=4180及τf=-4ppm/℃等良好特性之介電共振器。
- 英文摘要: The microwave properties of (方程式無法摘錄) dielectric material are investigated in thispaper. A composition of (方程式無法摘錄) (BST) showed excellent microwave character-istics. The temperature coefficient of the resonant frequency was adjusted by a small amount of Sγ substitution for Bα, and a value of ppm/℃ was obtained with 7mole% Sγ substitution. In addition,the would be improved to a more positive temperature coefficient with a proper amount of Lα substitu-tion for Sm. The second phase of (方程式無法摘錄) was an important factor in the variation. The additives and acted as a firing agent and a value promoter , respecitvely. The effect on microwave dielectric properties of the (方程式無法摘錄) (BSST)by changing the calcination or sintering temperature is studied in this paper. The best dielectricvalue of the BSST dielectric resonator was obtained by the addition of 1ωt% Cd0. Under this condition,the relative dielectric constant is 80.7, is 4180 (at 4GHz) and is -4ppm/℃.
