- 英文摘要: Fifty normal noninfarct patients and 12 cases with in-farcts of the cerebrum were examined with routine mag-netic resonance imaging and echo-planar diffusion-weighted imaging. The diffusion-weighted three-dimen-sional images were reconstructed with volume-render-ing processing on workstation.Precentral gyrus, post-central gyrus, superior parietal lobule, superior frontalgyrus, precentral sulcus, central sulcus, postcentral sul-cus, intraparietal sulcus and superior frontal sulcus werebest shown of all structures with an arbitrary score of2.61-2.77.Supramarginal gyrus, middle frontal gyrus, inferior frontal gyrus and lateral sulcus were clearlyshown in the majority of the cerebra with average scoresof 2.0-2.49; angular gyrus, inferior frontal sulcus andsuperior temporal gyrus were not demonstrated satis-factorily and their average scores were 1.67-1.89.Middletemporal gyrus, inferior temporal gyrus, superiortempo-ral sulcus and inferior temporal sulcus were difficult toidentify, and thus had average scores of 0.87-1.26.Brainsurface structures were better displayed in the oldergroup of individuals than in the younger group. Thestructures in the 12 cases with acute or chronic cerebruminfarcts were also satisfactorily demonstrated with thisnew technique.
