- 中文摘要: 使用有限型及無限型大豆各十種為材料,栽培於春夏秋三個期作,並配合四種栽培密度:45×20 cm、45×15 cm、45×10 cm、45×5 cm,以分析栽培密度及栽培季節與選拔法之關係,其結果如下: 1. 各性狀之平均值:在栽培密度間之差異在兩型品種除株高、油分及蛋白質外,一般均隨栽培密度之增加而低減;在栽培季節間之差異,除蛋白質外,其他性狀均以秋作最小。但春夏兩作間之差異且因品種型間及栽培密度而略有不同。 2. 遺傳力之變異:在栽培密度間之差異,為除有限型之主莖莢數、莢數及兩型品種之油分及蛋白質外,其他性狀一般均因密度之增加而低減;在期作間之差異則以春作最高,夏作次之,秋作最低。顯示在密植及秋作環境下進行選拔較困難。 3. 計算寬植條件下密植用品種之間接選拔效果,除蛋白質(春夏作之有限及秋作之無限型)外,其他所有調查的性狀,一般均以閒接選拔的效果較大。而春夏兩作條件下秋作用品種之間接選拔效果,也除油分及蛋白質含量外,一般均以春夏兩作進行間接選拔效果比較大,但夏作用品種在春作行間接選拔之效果以有限型較小,而無限型較大。 4. 並以上述結果討論大豆在臺灣栽培環境之育種選拔法。
- 英文摘要: For breeding soybean varieties adapted tohigh planting density and fall season, ten deter-minate and ten indeterminate varieties of soy-bean were grown in spring, summer and fallseasons with four planting densities, 45×20 cm,45×15, 45×10 and 45 ×5 to study the intera-ction between genotype and planting density,and season. The characters of dry weight, branch number,pod number, pod number on main stem, seednumber, 100 seed weight, seed yield, days toflowering and days to maturity in both typesdecreased as planting density increased, but thecharacters of plant height, oil content and proteincontent did not show such trends. However,the values of all characters at different plantingdensities, were the lowest in the fall season andthe values of summer and spring fluctuated withdifferent varieties. In general, the heritabilities of most charac-ters of the two types decreased with increasingplanting densities but not for characters of podnumber on main stem and the pod number ofdeterminate type, and oil and protein contentof both types. Fall season had the lowest valuesof heritabilities for all characters, followed bysummer and spring season which had the highestvalues under various planting densities. The formula, (方程式無法摘錄) ,was used to examine the selection effects infall season and high planting density whichwas conducted in spring and summer seasons,and low planting density respectively. Thesestudies showed that the selection effects for mostcharacters were relatively more effective underlow density. Varieties adapted to fall whenselection was made in spring or summer. Ingeneral, the indirect selection in indeterminatetype was also more effective in spring.
