- 中文摘要: 利用Leibovitz's L-15加10%牛犢血清於31℃下可培育大肚魚之表皮樣及纖維樣細胞成為單層細胞,表皮樣細胞並可繼代培養成為永久細胞株(TM)。TM細胞之染色體數目自21至68個呈雙向分佈,而以含有38個染色體之細胞最多,細胞附著效應為11-12.4%。18℃ F,EVE,EVA,EVEX,IPNV及LV-1等病毒,可感染本細胞株。 掃描式電子顯微鏡之觀察結果,顯示正常之TM細胞表面上有許多微小絨毛凸起,但於細胞分裂末期,則萎縮為乳頭狀突起。本細胞株未受細菌微漿體及黴菌之感染。
- 英文摘要: A cell line, derived from top-minnow (Gambusia patruelis), has been transferred for 114 times inLeibovitz L-15 medium plus 10% FCS (GM-L-15)at a temperature of 31℃ and designated as TM. Theresults of a chromosome analysis of 100 cells at the metaphase stage, show a bimodal distribution of thechromosome number ranged from 21 to 68 with a modal number of 38. At a low seeding density, the plat-ing efficiency of TM cells was 11-12.4%. TM cells are susceptible to EVE, EVA, EVEX, IPNV and LV-1 at18℃. The result of a sterility test showed that the TM cell line was free of bacterial, fungal and mycoplas-mic contamination. The presence of numerous microvilli on the surface of TM cells in the micrographs ofnormal TM cell. The microvilli are replaced by blebs at the late stage of cytokinesis of the cells.
