- 中文摘要: 本文報導鋁添加量(2至6%)對鑄鐵結構與強度的影響。鋁阻止共析變態鐵析出,因而保持波來鐵基地。石墨因Al添加而失去球狀,但增加Ce含量則可中和有害作用。強度的增加原因歸於Fe及A1的置換強化效應及硬脆相ε或K相(FeAIC)的出現。低鋁鑄鐵在空氣下650°C氧化後產生兩層氧化物,則A1O內層及FeAlO外層氧化程度隨A1的增加而減低。球狀石墨核係直徑1至2 μm的近球狀金囑硫氧碳化物粒體,石墨薄片在此結核後沿[0001]的優先方向成長。
- 英文摘要: The effect of the addition of Al on the microstructure and tensile strength of cast irons containing2 to 6% A1 was studied. Al retards ferrite formation on eutectoid transformation and retains mostlypearlitic matrix in low Al-alloyed cast irons. Graphite is denodularized with increasing A1 content, how-ever, it is effectively neutralized by increasing Ce concentration. The increase in strength is thought to bedue to the substitutional strengthening by Al atoms in the ferrite matrix and the formation of a hard,brittle ε or k phase (FeAIC). Low Al-alloyed cast irons conceivably exhibit two separate oxide layers.namely the inner layer of A1O and the outer layer of FeA1O, after oxidation at 650°C in air. Theextent of oxidation decreases with increasing A1 content. Nodular graphite nuclei are primarily 1 to 2 μmdiameter near-spherical particles of metallic sulfoxycarbide on which thin graphite flakes nucleate and growpredominantly in the direction [0001].
