彎形水熱管熱傳特性分析

本文的目的主要在研究彎形管對熱管傳熱可能的影響,以決定熱管應用到方向轉變的傳熱機構時將會發生的問題及其實用性。研究過程採用外徑2.54公分、內徑2.20公分的銅管,內覆以135和200網目的銅絲網所組成的複合毛細物體,和以水為工作液等條件所製成的水熱管,由實驗方法測定熱管內部運轉壓力、工作液量、毛細物體層數等變數對此水熱管直型及不同彎曲角度時傳熱性能的影響。結果發現,在試驗範圍內,熱管彎曲角度,對其傳熱量並無影響,但當熱管內部壓力愈低,工作液量達到毛細物體的飽和浸濕要求時,且毛細物體層數在0.78

The heat transfer performance and the pos-sibility of the application on energy transmissionof a banded heat pipe is studied. The heat pipeis made of 2.54 cm O. D., 2.2 cm 1. D. coppertubing filled with composite wick of copperscreen of mesh number 135 and 200. Distilledwater is the working fluid. Some basic analysisis presented and experiments are performed tostudy the effects of operating pressure, amountsof working fluid, number of layers of wick,and degree of bending on the banded water heatpipe. The data obtained show that no significantdifference between the operating characteristicsof the banded and the straight water heat pipewithin the experimental limits. However, onthe condition of the saturated-liquid wick andlow operating pressure, the optimum overallthermal performance of a banded water heatpipes is found with ratio of the vapor coreradius and the inside radius of heat pipe between0.78 and 0.86.
