- 中文摘要: 植物中含微克量的鋁可以使用流動分析(FlA)來做例行快速分析。本文利用過氧化氫加入碘化物溶液時鉬的催化加速使碘游離的效應為測定方法。詳細研究此反應的各種因素後建立快速而精密正確及再現性很好的例行分光方法。使用此方法可以測定每小時90個以上的樣品和測定相對偏差對含有1.0 ppm及0.1 ppm 鉬的樣品各為0.8%及1.7%。採用芒果、番石榴及蘋果三種果樹為例測其中所含有的鉬量。為了免受組成效應干擾而採用標準添加法。所得結果是每克乾燥的芒果、番石榴及蘋果樣品中各含有0.58 ppm, 0.83 ppm及 0.48 ppm 鉬量而計算其偵測極限達0.004 ppm 鉬。
- 英文摘要: Fast routine analytical method for the determination of microgram amounts of molybdenum inplant samples was studied with the flow injection analysis. Based on detection by means of catalytic effectof molybdenum for the liberation of iodine from iodides by peroxide, highly reproducible, sensitive andaccurate results can be obtained. Relative standard deviations of 0.8% and 1.7% respectively were obtainedfor the determination of 1.0 ppm and 0.1 ppm of molybdenum, at a rate of 90 samples per hour. Themolybdenum contents of the plant samples of mango, guava and apple were determined with this method.By applying the standard addition method for the elimination of matrix influences, the molybdenum con-tents of 0.58 ppm, 0.83 ppm and 0.48 ppm respectively per gram of dry sample were obtained for mango,guava and apple, and the detection limit of 0.004 ppm was calculated.
