• 中文摘要： 本文修正Weber線型區位模型，假設勞動者平均分佈在線型市場上且獨佔廠商（雇主）須負擔勞動者的通勤成本，並藉此修正後的模型重新檢討區位理論中的排外定理（exclusiontheorem）。本文顯示，在某些條件下，區位的內部解是可能存在的，也就是說排外定理在此一模型並不適用。
• 英文摘要： This paper introduces labor input into the Weberian linear model to reexamine the exclusion theorem by assumingthat workers are evenly distributed along a linear market and a monopolistic firm has to pay for commuting costs for itsworkers. It is shown that an intermediate location is possible under certain conditions.
