- 英文摘要: A simple non-variational configuration-interaction approach for various atomic properties dominatedby electron-electron correlation in a divalent atomic svstem with two electrons outside a closed shell core, such as an alkaline earth atom and its corresponding isoelectronic sequence, will be reviewed.We present in detail the theoretical procedures for the multiconfiguration state wave function and its cor-responding energy eigenvalue, the oscillator strengths and the transition probabilities for bound-boundatomic transitions, the radiative lifetimes of the excited states, the resonance energy and the width of thedoubly excited autoionization states, the photoionization dominated by the doubly excited autoionizationstates, and the fine-structure-level splittings due to spindenendent maenetic interactions. In particular.we will discuss the use of a nearly complete G'-finite basis set constructed from B splines which is capableof taking into account effectively the continuum contribution from positive-energy one-electron orbitalsconfined in a finite volume.
