- 中文摘要: 本計畫係研究自然循環環路中,儲存槽內之熱傳特性,並考慮逆向流動之兩個流體流經其中。由理論分析顯示,對L/D≧1.5,Pe≦363,Rm≦0.5,取N≧ 10 之溫度分佈理論計算結果與實驗極吻合。對儲存槽引起的總熱虹吸頭之理論計算誤差則均在 ±10%之內,若只要求 ±15%的誤差,則只要取N=5即可。本文之理論模式應用極限,係與槽內對流與互混效應有關。
- 英文摘要: Experiments were carried out in the present study to investigate the heat transfer phenomena instratified storage tanks. Calculations in temperature distribution and thermosyphon head induced in theportion of tank, using an analytical model (Close model), were also made to compare with the experiments.It was found that, for entering stream at constant or with abrupt changes in temperature, the analyticalmodel holds for the ratio of length to diameter L/D≧1.6, Peclet number Pe≦363 and the ratio of coun-tercurrent stream flowrates Rm ≦0.5, as the number of tank sections selected in computation N≧10. Theerrors in the calculations of thermosyphon head were shown all within ± 10 per cent. If only approximateresults in thermosyphon head calculation were required as in some enginering applications, say within ± 15per cent errors, N can be taken as small as 5. The limit of application in the analytical model is attributedto the combined effects of internal convection and mutual mixings.
