- 中文摘要: The study is to construct a management model of paradoxes of organizational goals in schools in order to achieve high performance. Usually, effective management of paradoxes of organizational goals in schools is an important means to achieve high performance. Specifically speaking, effective management of paradoxes concerns the integration of the contradictory connotations of organizational goals in schools. Organizational goals in schools can be divided into intervening goals and terminal goals. Intervening goals in schools, which are praradoxical, include adaptability-stability, information acquisition-information management, human resource-goal-setting, and cohesion-efficiency. As to terminal organizational goals in schools, they include complete teaching supporting system and high learning achievement. To attain terminal goals, the intervening goals are the required means in educational administration Therefore, the paradoxical management of intervening goals of the four paradoxical pairs serve the function of supporting teaching and promoting the learning achievement. Also, the study tries to find leadership types to help the management of paradoxes of intervening goals in schools. Finally, the study completes all questions by survey. The sample is 719 junior high schools in Taiwan. The study selects 2300 questionnaires of 100 schools by stratified random approach to analyze the data and 1182 questionnaires are effective as the basis of statistical test.
- 英文摘要: 本研究旨在建構一個學校目標弔詭管理模式,以提升學校的運作能力。通常弔詭具有透過矛盾及對立的對抗,以探索智慧的意義,而學校目標弔詭的管理具導向性,與學校運作的成效息息相關。本研究將學校目標分為中介目標與終極目標。學校的中介目標,包括調適能力-穩定能力、資訊習得能力-資訊管理能力、人力資源擴展能力-目標設定(計畫)能力、凝聚力-效率等弔詭關係的目標;學校的終極目標係指支援教學與提升學生學習成就的能力。本研究首先討論學校目標弔詭管理導向對於學校終極目標的影響,然後再討論學校行政領導方式對於學校目標弔詭管理的影響。為達上述目的,本研究編製「國中學校現況調查問卷」,問卷內容除基本資料以外,還包括學校目標與學校行政領導方式兩部份。並且以臺灣地區二十一縣市七百一十九所國民中學為樣本,運用叢集階層亂數取樣法,選取一百所學校作為問卷調查的對象,共發出二千三百份問卷,回收一千三百二十四份問卷,有效的問卷為一千一百八十二份,有效回收率為51.39%。然後以有效問卷實施統計考驗,經由百分比、單因子變異數分析以及線性結構關係模式加以處理。
