- 英文摘要: A dual driving mechanism was used to measure gased power consumption of each impeller independently in a triple Rushton turbine impellers agitated vessel system. The results show that the characteristics of each impeller are quite different from each other and the top and middle impellers are easier to attain their recirculation points than the bottom impeller. From the analysis of the measured data, it is also found that the amount of air flowing through the middle and the top impellers are approximately the same and range 30-40% of the gas supplied to the bottom impeller. These results clearly demonstrate that the power consumption by each impeller is quite different and must be taken into account in design of an aerated multi-stage impellers stirred tank.
