- 中文摘要: 為了研究攪拌強度之變化對半逐批式反應系之影響,我們探討了攪拌槽內液體之流態、速度分佈及紊流強度之變化情形,且利用固體混合系統所定義之混合度來描述一混合系統之混合情況;由紊流理論及實驗均證實了於數目平衡模式中所定義之攪拌強度β和平均紊流強度具有線性關係,且平均紊流強度和操作變數具有下式關係: =B [ND /(T H) ]由本實驗之結果顯示了對於一個受攪拌影響之反應或攪拌影響之瞬間反應,當 H/T 由變化時其產率或反應速率均有相當大之影響。
- 英文摘要: Variation of average turbulence intensity,, with the increase in volume is studied for a semi-batch reaction system. Both theoretical and experimental results indicate that can be linearly relatedwith the mixing intensity β, which is defined by Evangelista et al. [4]. The results of this study indicatethat the decrease in or the increase in H/T will considerably reduce both the process yield and rate ofmixing dependent reactions.
