• 中文摘要： 為檢定藥物食品中之未知抗生素，一種利用寒天凝膠及抗菌譜之抗生素系統分析方汰經研究成功，能於寒天凝膠板做成16個樣品縫之設備經自行設計並證明投入之樣品有均勻之分佈及電氣泳動之移動，含有供試菌種及TTC之雙層寒天狹帶可倒置於寒天凝膠板上，經培養後出現清楚之阻止帶，電氣泳動之移動距離和阻止帶大小之再顯性，以及敏感度皆稱滿意，此實驗工作堪稱已經建立了以後繼續擴大研究及將來應用性之必須基礎。
• 英文摘要： In order to detect antibiotics in food and drug, a methodology wasdeveloped for systematic analysis which employed both agar gel electro-phoresis and antimicrobial spectrum．Equipments were devised for produc-ing 16 sample slits on agar plate. Uniform distribution and movement ofsamples were demonstrated. Double-layer agar strips with test organismsand triphenyl tetraazonium chloride were inversely placed on the agar gelplate so that inhibition zones were clearly visible after incubation. Repro-ducibility of mobility and size of inhibition zone, together with sensitivity，were found satisfactory. The experimental work appears to have establish-ed the necessary background for further extrapolation and future applica-tion.
