- 中文摘要: 本實驗利用離體兔心乳頭肌,探討Diphenhydramine對心肌梗塞性休克血漿心肌抑制作用之影響。休克血漿取自經結紮左冠狀動脈前降枝引起心肌梗塞休克之大白兔,此血漿對離體兔心乳頭肌收縮力具有抑制作用“如乳頭肌先經Diphenhydramine(10-6g/ml)處理,則此抑制作用顯著降低“如於結紮左冠狀動脈前先靜脈注射diphen-hydramine(2mg/kg),則可延緩休克之發生,但其休克血漿仍有顯著心肌抑制作用。木實驗結果似顯示心肌梗塞性休克動物之血漿含有某種具有抑制心肌收縮力之物質,而此物質之作用可為Diphenhydramine對抗,但Diphenhydramine似不能抑制此物質之產生。
- 英文摘要: Influences of diphenhydramine upon the myocardial depressant effectof shock plasma was studied on isolated rabbit papillary muscles. Shockplasma was obtained from rabbits in the terminal state of cardiogenicshock induced by ligating the anterior decending branch of left coronaryartery. It was found that the negative inotropic effect of shock plasmacould be diminished by diphenhydramine HCl(10-6 g/ml). The occurrenceof cardiogenic shock was delayed if rabbits had been pretreated withdiphenhydramine HCl (2 mg/kg, i.v.),but the negative inotropic effect ofshock plasma persisted. Results of the study suggest that diphenhydramineantagonizes the action of the cardiotoxic factors produced by cardiogenicshock but does not prevent their formation.
