- 中文摘要: 使用大豆屬G.max(CH3,KS10),G.gracilis (So16),G.soja (So55,So59),G.canescens (Cal),G.falcata (Fal),G.latifolia(La5),G.tabacina(Ta3)及G.tomentella (To4,to15)共八種11系統為材料,利用G.max與G.gracilis及野生種大豆之正反雜交,並以自交者為對照,共進行34個雜交組合,就組織學上探討大豆種間雜交雜種後代不稔的原因。取正反雜交11小時後之子房(雌蕊),利用掃描式電子顯微鏡與螢光顯微鏡分別觀察雜交後花粉粒在柱頭上發芽的情形及花粉管在花柱內伸長情形,結果發現:雜交後11小時,所有的雜交組合花粉皆早已在母本的柱頭上發芽;除G. falcata(Fa1)×G.max(CH3,KS10)兩組合外,所有的組合花粉管皆可伸長進入胚珠內,而上述的兩組合在雜交後約40小時,花粉管才伸入胚珠內。由此可知本試驗之大豆屬種間雜交組合後代不稔的原因,並非花粉粒不能發芽或花粉管不能伸長所致。
- 英文摘要: The hybrid sterility of interspecific hybridization in the genus Glycine was investigated by scanningelectron microscopy and flourescence microscopy. Thirty-four interspecific reciprocal crosses were madebetween 11 varieties/lines of 8 Glycine species including G. max (CH3, KS10) and G. gracilis (So16), G. soja(So55, So59), G. canescens (cal), G. falcata (Fat), G. latifolia (La 5), G. tabacina (Ta3), and G. tomentella(To4, To15). Selfed seeds were used as controls. The results showed that except for G. falcata (Fat) x G.max (CH3, KS10), pollen grains in all the cross cobmination germinated on the stigmas of maternal plantsand pollen tubes elongate into ovate at 11 hours after hybridyzation. In both (Fat x CH3) and (Fat xKS10),pollen tubes reached the ovule at 40 hours after hybridzation. The results suggest that hybrid sterility ofinterspecific cross in the genus Glycine is not caused by the failure of pollen germination and pollen tubeelongation.
