二氟化矽與異氰烷類的反應-SiF2誘發的聚合反應

二氟化矽與異氰烷類R-N=C(R=CH3,C2H5,t-C4H9)在氣相中與凝結狀態下反應的結果顯示,兩種反應條件下其反應機構是相同的,這是二氟化矽化學中第一次發現這種現象。整個反應的發生是由於異氰烷類之碳端受到二氟化矽的攻擊而產生烷基自由基,然後引起一系列的反應。異氰甲烷的實驗中,在大量甲烷產生的同時,觀察到化學螢光及異氰甲烷的異構化,我們提出一個反應機構能圓滿地解釋這些實驗事實。二氟化矽與異氰烷類氣相反應特別快速,但少量的氧會嚴重抑制反應的進行。

The reactions of difluorosilylene with some isocyanides R-N=C (R=CH3, C2H5, t-C4H9) are studiedin the gas phase and by cocondensation method. The results show, for the first time in the study of SiF2chemistry, that the mechanisms in gas phase experiments and cocondensation experiments are essentiallythe same. The reactions can be rationalized by an initial attack of difluorosilylene on the carbon end ofisocyanides to generate alkyl radicals which lead to the formation of various gas products and polymeriza-tions. In the cocondensation reaction of methyl isocyanide, chemiluminescence and isomerization areobserved accompanying the formation of large amount of methane. A plausible reaction mechanism isproposed and compared with other possible reaction pathways. The unusually rapid reactions betweendifluorosilylene and isonitriles are severely inhibited by the presence of oxygen.
