• 英文摘要： In this report, the configuration of the C-13 proton in marsformol was established in the axial orien-tation, based on its NMR and MS spectra and structural relations with other related derivatives. Also thepartial synthesis of marsformol was achieved in a few steps from α-amyrin acetate, and the C-11 α-hydroxylepimer of marsformol characterized by the chemical and the physical evidences was also obtained.
