- 英文摘要: Hydrogenation of SBR was studied in an autoclave in the presence of cyclohexane and a heterogeneous catalyst. Several catalysts were tested but only aerosil supported rhodium showed catalytic activity . The extent of hydrogenation was determined by a /sup 1/H-NMR spectrometer. Experimental variables such as reaction temperature(313-343K) and hydrogen pressure (2.07-4.14MPa) were investigated. The hydrogenation was found to occur only at aliphatic unsaturates. The aromatic unsaturates were not reduced. A rate model, with partial order of 0.93 and 0.50 with respect to the concentration of aliphatic unsaturates and the hydrogen pressure, was found to be adequate in describing the reaction. The apparent activation energy of the reaction was observed to be 36.82kJ/mol.
