- 中文摘要: 綠膿桿菌疫苗以加熱,福馬林處理,石碳酸處理之死菌,或以乙醇沈澱之黏質(slime)及培養液外毒素製成。每一種疫苗皆可在小白鼠體內產生主動免疫保護力。但保護力的效果依疫苗菌株與攻擊菌株的特異性,及攻擊菌株之毒力不同而有所差異。在三種死菌疫苗製劑中,以福馬林處理者的免疫保護力最強,而以加熱處理者的免疫保護力最弱。由於臨床上感染的綠膿桿菌菌株種類繁多;因此,綠膿桿菌疫苗應採用多價疫苗(polyvalent Vaccine)的製備方式,方可獲得較佳的免疫保護效果。
- 英文摘要: Different Pseudomonas vaccines includingwhole cells treated with formalin, phenol orheat, the alcohol-precipitated fraction of theslime layer, and the cultural fluid of Ps.aeruginosa have been prepared. Active pro-tection against Ps. aeruginosa could be inducedin mice by immunization with each of thesepreparations. The Protective efficacy of thevaccination depends upon the specificity ofthe vaccine and the virulence of the Ps.aeruginosa challenged. Of the three kinds ofwhole cell vaccines, the protection offeredby the formalin treated vaccine was the mosteffective, and the heat treated vaccine gavethe least protective efficacy. In our systemmice immunized by polyvalent formalin treatedvaccine induced protection not only to thehomologous strain but also some degree ofprotection to the related heterologous strainsof Ps. aeruginosa.
