- 中文摘要: 本文首次詳細討論跨過釘紮磁壁沿其法線方向的磁化量變化情形,並隨此變化引發的相結構變化及磁壁能量密度變化情形。在垂直於異向軸的橫向場下,磁化量phi角及theta角均隨坐標變化,使得磁壁能量密度下降。本文仔細討論Bloch磁壁相變轉移為Neel磁壁、磁化量、尤其phi角、隨橫向場並沿法線坐標變化情形,及其對應的磁壁有效寬度等,並與以前假設phi角為常數結果加以比較。
- 英文摘要: ·The dependence of the magnetization variation on the coordinate normal to the pinned domain wallhas been obtained for the one-dimensional wall model. For the transverse external magnetic field normalto the anisotropy axis, consideration of the coordinate dependence of the magnetization, the azimuthalangle in particular, leads to a decrease of the domain wall energy. The variation of the Bloch-to-Neelwall transition, the dependence of the domain wall energy and the effective width of the azimuthal andpolar angular distribution of magnetization on the transverse field has been obtained. Comparison is madewith respect to the previously obtained results where the azimuthal angle was assumed to be constant.
