- 中文摘要: 本文主要係提出一應用選擇性最佳極點指定之電力系統負載頻率控制器設計方法。首先,由對系統之了解,先?略 選一權衡矩陣而設計一最佳控制器。然後作選擇性極點指定,逐?將權衡矩陣中之元素及增益參數修正,將一些極點移 至所需之區域中。在選擇欲移動之極動上,並非如一般所採用的方式,純只以是否較靠近?數軸?取捨準則。本文係利 用主能量模之觀念,以決定原系統那些極點不必被移動,而那些極點必須移動至所須之區域。如此,計算較簡?,而且 可得到較佳控制效能,?正?有效解決一般最佳控制系統之問題。所提出之設計方法將以一互聯電力系統之負載頻率控 制為實例,以驗證其有效性。
- 英文摘要: This paper presents the design of a load-frequency controller for power systems based on the selectively optimal pole placement technique. In the proposed method, a conventional optimal controller is first designed by roughly selecting its weighting matrices according to physical reasoning. Then the weighting matrix is sequentially modified to let the dominant energy poles of the optimal system be located in the desired region. The poles selected to be shifted are determined using the concept of dominant energy modes rather than those located closer to the imaginary axis. Since the eigenvalues with dominant energy contributions are placed in the desired region, very good control performance can be obtained. Effectiveness of the proposed method is demonstrated by the digital simulation of an interconnected power system consisting of a hydro plant and a steam plant.
