- 中文摘要: 民國64年8月13日及25日至27日,11月8至9日與65年5月11至14日,使用九連船及租用漁船採集澎湖外海與高雄港間之不同深度海水(0至150公尺)從事水文,水質化學及基礎生產力之研究。研究結果發現該海域全年飽和溶氧量介於69%%至119%,澎湖海域之飽和溶氧量若與臺灣北部海域(介於99%與120%之間)及高雄港灣海水(介於0%至79%之間)比較,顯示澎湖海域略受有機污染。磷酸鹽與硝酸鹽含量分別介終0.10~1.48與0.10~6.04μM/r之間。臺灣沿岸海水含磷酸鹽與硝酸鹽分別介於0.20~1.20與0.20~7.50μM/1之間,由此結果顯示澎湖海域含磷酸鹽與硝酸鹽略為偏低。葉綠素甲與基礎生產力分別介於0.02~0.70μg/1與0.23~4.41μg.C/1/hr之間。民國64年8月,11月及65年5月平均某礎生產力分別為0.418,0.628及0.286gC/day,臺灣北部海域葉綠素甲與基礎生產力分別介於 0.01~0.56μg/1及0.18~11.80μgC/1/hr.顯示差異不大,然而西南沿海(包括高雄港附近)同化數(最大光合作用速率)較高,介於 5.55~6.12mgC/mgChl./hr之間,澎湖海域僅 0.90~1.94mgC/mgChl./hr,分析澎湖海域之污染物質如汞,砷等顯示該海域海水並未遭受污染,雖然含汞量仍嫌太高(介於0.00~1.64ppb),但其他污染物質含量均未達到標準,至於酚類物質,顯示澎湖海域受高雄港灣污染影響。
- 英文摘要: Water samples from depths of 0 to 150 meters were collected along the southwestern coast ofTaiwan and the Penghu Islands during the periods of August 13 and 25 to 27, November 8 to9 and 26, 1975 and May 11 to 12, 1976. Hydrographic data, chlorophyll α, primary productivityand pollutants (mercury and phenolic compounds) were analyzed. High temperature, highprimary productivity, and high nutrient concentrations were found in the southwestern coastof Taiwan. Low value of these parameters were found at the stations around the PenghuIslands. High average assimilation numbers from 5.55 to 6.12 mgC/mg chlorophyll α/hr wereobtained along southwestern coastal water of Taiwan and low values from 0.90 to 1.94mgC/mg chlorophyll α/hr were found at the stations surrounding the Penghu Islands. Theaverage primary productivities were 0.418, 0.628 and 0.286 gC/day in August and November1975 and May 1976 respectively. The data on phenolic compounds showed evidence that theocean currents probably carry some pollutants from Kaohsiung Harbor to the coast of thePenghu Islands.
