- 中文摘要: 生蛋母菜鴨與腦垂腺截除母菜鴨,於一次舉行靜脈注射HCG 1,000,1,250或1,500 i.u.後,常於6.4310.33小時內,發生排卵。生蛋母菜鴨按每公斤體重,在排卵週期之最後一日,一次靜脈注射2.4, 3.2或4.Omg助孕素,亦有可在注射後8.6210.74小時內排卵者,其所需時間,約較HCG所引起者,落後兩小時;至於腦垂腺截除之母菜鴨,對於助孕素完全缺乏反應,基於上述事實,故認為助孕素之排卵作用,係經由神經分泌徑路,引起腦垂腺釋出LH,再由LH引起排卵。
- 英文摘要: A single intravenous injection of HCG with a dosage ranging from 1,000to 1,500 i.u. was highly effective in inducing premature ovulation in bothintact and hypophysectomized ducks. Observed time interval from injec-tion to ovulation averaged 6.43士0.33 hours for the intact ducks and6.25士0.17 hours for the hypophysectomized ducks. Intact laying ducksreceived a single intravenous injection of P4 at the rate of 2.4, 3.2 or 4.0mg per kg of body weight on the last day of a clutch would ovulate in8.6210.74 hours after the injection of P4. The occurrence of this eventlagged approximately two hours behind that caused by HCG. Hypophysec-tomized ducks completely failed to ovulate after the injection of P4. Inview of the said facts, it is postulated that the action of P4 in releasingLH from the hypophysis for causing ovulation is mediated via the neuro-secretory pathways.
