- 英文摘要: This paper presents a new form of the Cauer continued fraction for state-space reduced-order model-ling of linear time-invariant systems. The new continued fraction combines expansion about the origin anda general point. A state-space realization of the continued-fraction expansion and the corresponding ca-nonical form are derived. Also presented is a similarity transformation matrix which transforms a phase-variable canonical form to the continued-fraction canonical form. Based on this similarity transformationmatrix, an approximate aggregation matrix is constructed for relating the state vector of the original systemand that of the reduced model obtained by the new continued-fraction method.
