- 中文摘要: 本研究選擇20位咀嚼系統正常者,觀察其顎邊際運動受重複練習及視覺回鐀的影響。觀測的項目包含最大左、右側向運動,最大前突運動,兩側側向運動差異,額面運動範圍,開閉口時及最大開口時下顎之偏移。統計結果發現學習並未顯著影響邊際運動的大小,但重複練習可使70至85%的受測者增大邊際運動;視覺回鐀只能使50至65%的受測者進步。據此結果可知若以健康者作邊際運動研究,事前的學習不是必須的;唯對健康受測者而言,由於學習並不能使邊際運動變差,重複練習及視覺回饋能獲致更肯定之下顎運動軌跡。
- 英文摘要: Twenty healthy subjects were studied on the effects of training on mandibular border movements.Maximum left (LL) and right (RL) lateral excursions, maximum protrusive movement (PT), maximummouth opening (MO), the difference between left and right excursions (R-L), midline deflection (DF) dur-ing opening and closing and midline deviation of the jaw (MOD) at maximum opening position of mandibu-lar border tracing with or without practicing and visual feedback were compared among various sessions.No significant difference has been found on the amount of border extension under the influence of train-ing. However, 70 to 85% of the subjects had some improvement after verbal instruction practicing, whileonly 50 to 65% of the same subjects showed improvement through visual feedback. It is suggested thatdoing research related to the jaw border movement on healthy subjects does not have to train them to ob-tain comparable data. On the other hand, since repeated border tracing in healthy subjects did not worsenthe results, practicing or visual feedback training might ascertain a repeatable border tracing.
