- 中文摘要: 吾人研究以脈狀電流和週期逆轉電流對氟硼酸鉛錫電鍍系統之效應。結果發現這兩種波形均勻能將有效平均電流提高2至3倍,而其交換電流密度經測定為1.063 ASD,也恰好是氟硼酸鉛和氟硼酸錫兩個單獨系統交換電流密度之和。這代表這兩種成份在混合系統中相互間不發生作用。此一推論也得到X-ray繞射結果之證實。
- 英文摘要: Pulsed current and periodically reversed current were applied to a tin-lead fluoroborate electro-plating system. It was found that the effective average current density for pulsed current and periodicallyreversed current could be raised two to three times as high as that for direct current. The exchange currentdensity was found to be 1.063 ADS which was equal to the sum of the individual exchange current den-sities of the tin fluoroborate bath and the lead fluoroborate bath. This implies that there is no interactionbetween the discharge reactions of these two species. This was also confirmed by the X-ray diffractionpattern.
