- 英文摘要: Glucose oxidation over Pt/C catalysts is a gas/liquid/solid three-phase slurry reaction system. The mass transfer resistances have significant influence on reaction rate. Investigations were undertaken on the oxidation of glucose over Pt/C catalysts in a slurry reactor to study the reaction kinetics. The results show that different oxygen source has no significant effect on reaction. The reaction rate is increased with the increase of pH value, while the product selectivity to gluconic acid is decreased. The product selectivity to gluconic acid varies between 65 and 80%. When the liquid/solid mass transfer resistance is assumed to be negligible and the other resistances have been reduced to a minimum, the rate of glucose oxidation are all first order with respect to glucose concentration, catalyst concentration, and oxygen concentration. The activation energy of this reaction is found to be 14.16kcal/mol (59.23kJ/mol).
