- 中文摘要: 臺嚮生產耐隆絲的強度,一般比國外生產者為低。因為進口的聚胺粒所抽成的絲,其強度比國內生產者為高,故其差別似在於聚胺分子的構成,而不在抽絲技術。吾人利用凝膠層析儀分析國內外所生產的聚胺粒樣品,發現二者在分子量分佈上有顯著的差別。 吾人曾嘗試使用二元酸以取代工業上常用的醋酸,一則控制聚胺的分子量,再則作為分子鏈的結合劑以減低分子量的分佈,發現對苯二甲酸與己二酸均為有效。此種改質聚胺對抽絲性能與成絲品質,正在繼續研究中。
- 英文摘要: The nylon-6 fibers produced in Taiwan are lower in tenacity as com-pared to some foreign products. Since imported polymer chips producedstronger fiber, the difference in fiber strength appears to be a differencein polymer structure rather than in spinning technology. Indeed, gel per-meation chromatographic analyses of polycaproamides of both foreign andlocal origin have revealed some significant differences in molecular weightdistributions. The use of a dibasic acid instead of acetic acid, which is currently usedin the fiber industry, as a molecular weight regulator as well as a chaincoupling agent was investigated. It was found that terephthalic acid as wellas adipic acid can reduce the dispersity of polycaproamide. The spinnabi-lity of the modified polycaproamide and the properties of the fiber pro-duced are to be examined.
