- 中文摘要: 本論文是以牛腎上腺嗜鉻細胞為模式系統,探討自厚朴中分離出來之厚朴酚之作用機轉。厚朴酚可以抑制由carbachol及DMPP引起的腎上腺素分泌,而對由高鉀溶液及鋇離子所引起的分泌作用抑制較少。Trifluoperazine和厚朴酚抑制由carbachol,高鉀溶液及鋇離子所引起之腎上腺素分泌的作用無加成性。結果顯示厚朴酚干擾乙醯膽素接受器與其刺激物之結合,同時厚朴酚也可能作用在細胞內鈣離子升高後的步驟,可能與calmodulin的作用位置相同。
- 英文摘要: The molecular mechanism of honokiol, extracted from the bark of Magnolia obovata, was studiedusin bovine adrenal chromaffin cells as a model system. Honokiol inhibits catecholamine secretioninduced by carbaehol and DMPP and that induced by exposure to high K+ and Ba2+ but to a lesser extent.The inhibitory ettects ot trifluoperazine and honokiol on carbachol -, high K+ -and Ba2+ -induced secre-tion were not additive. The results suggest that honokiol interferes with the interaction between theacetylcholine receptor and its agonists and that honokiol may also affect the steps in exocytosis afterintracellular calcium has been raised, possibly at the site(s) where calmodulin acts.
