- 中文摘要: 從眼鏡蛇(Taiwan cobra)毒分離出來之神經毒蛋白一C obrotoxin,免疫於家兔所得到之抗血清,利用免疫特異法分離精製抗體,以Papain消化精製抗體所得到之單價抗體與Cobrotoxin反應,則形戊分子量約15萬之可溶性複合物。此表示複台物由三分子之單價抗體與一分子之Cobrotoxin結合而成。 利用Sephadex G-200做膠過濾分離出來之可溶性複合物,免疫於家兔結果,可溶性複台物及其組成分之一Cobrotoxin仍具有抗原性,能引誘家兔產生特異抗體。但得到之抗血清對C obrotoxin之毒性中和力價與抗C obrotoxin血清比較起來減低甚多;與抗C obrotoxin抗體製品如IgG,精製抗體以及單價抗體等反應結果,只形成少量之抗原抗體沈澱。
- 英文摘要: Immunospecifically purified antibody to cobrotoxin was digested withpapain and the univalent antibody derived formed soluble antigen-antibodycomplex with homologous antigen. An estimate of the molecular weight ofthe soluble complex formed from cobrotoxin and univalent antibody in-dicated that the complex consists of three moles of univalent antibodiesper molecule of cobrotoxin. The soluble complex was isolated by gel filtration on Sephadex G-200and was used as an antigen for the production of antisera. The solublecomplex had potent antigenicity to elicit the production of antibodies notonly to homologous antigen but also to cobrotoxin. However, a specificneutralizing capacity for cobrotoxin was much lower than that of anti-cobrotoxin sera in respect that the antibody contents between the twoantisera.
