- 英文摘要: The diffusion of the ATP molecules across the DPPC bilayer is studied with surface enhanced Raman scattering(SERS). The giant enhancement of SERS facilitates the observation of small increases or decreases of the amount ofATP molecules adsorbed on the Ag electrode, due to the diffusion of ATP molecules through the DPPC bilayer. Thevoltage and temperature dependences of the Raman spectra indicate that the diffusion of ATP is closely related to theconformation transition of the DPPC bilayer.
