- 中文摘要: 本文主旨為研究含有3.5%竅水之循環管路中,溶液之流速及細砂對70-30銅一鎳合金沖蝕之影響。實驗結果顯示此合金之表面會有孔蝕現象,當溶液之流速較低時(1 m/s)。但是當溶液之流速增至3 m/s,銅一鎳合金會受到沖蝕之破壞而形成凹凸不平之表面。
- 英文摘要: The influence of entrained sand and the degree of turbulence in a 3% NaCl solution on the erosion-corrosion of 70-30 Cu-Ni alloy have been investigated. At a slow solution velocity(1 m/s), some pittingcorrosion attack was found on the alloy surface. However, increasing the solution velocity to 3 m/s result-ed in the accelerated attack on the Cu-Ni alloy in the form of wavy roughening. The presence of silica sandin the turbulence solution led to a severe mechanical erosion attack on the alloy.
