- 中文摘要: The kinetic of the polarographic reduction of Co(II) and Ni(II) has been investigated in the presence of anincreasing concentration of the complex forming agent .delta.-valerolactam at pH 6.0 and at constant ionic strength (0.1M KNO/sub 3/). In both cases the waves were found to be diffusion controlled and irreversible. The values of the kinetic parameters such as the forward rate constant K/sub f,k//sup .degree./ and the charge transfer coefficient .alpha.n have been calculated as a function of ligand concentration. The diffusion current was precisely proportional to the concentration up to a metal ion concentration of 3.5mM. Hence, a straight line is useful as a calibration curve in the quantitative analysis of these two metal ions. The method has also been applied to the determination of these metals in certain alloys.
