彎管之應力分析

本文係以彎管元素之有限元素法探討彎管承受內壓、面內彎矩、面外彎矩時之應力分佈情形。即以一般薄殼理論為基礎,演導顧及剪切變形與皺曲效應之應變一變位關係,並選取三角函數及 Hermite 函數各為彎管元素之圓周及軸向之變位函數,建立元素勁度矩陣,而對彎管之應力分佈作有限元素分析。計算之結果與實驗值相比較,證實本文之分析方法具有可靠性。

This paper presents a finite element methodfor the stress analysis of pipe bends subjectedto in-plane as well as out-of-plane bendingmoments including the effect of internal pres-sure. The strain-displacement relations are basedon the general thin shell theory which includesshear deformations and warping along the pipelength. The displacement functions in eachelement are trigonometric functions and secondorder Hermitian functions in the circumferentialand longitudinal directions, respectively. Thenumerical results obtained for stress factors arecompared with other experimental and theoreticalresults to verify the validity and effectivenessof the present method.
