- 中文摘要: 本文之目的乃在建立半批式結晶程序之數學模式,對於低溶解度之溶質溶於溶劑中欲回收或純化溶質時,使用半批式結晶程序是非常適合以提高產率,在文中,利用考慮晶粒分佈之晶粒均衡方程式與考慮溶質濃度之質量均衡方程式為基礎做為探討幾乎在恆溫下蒸發式半批式結晶程序之特性,同時,在文中,以晶粒核化與成長之通式考慮之,利用轉移式勒甘德多項式之近似法解對此半批式結晶程序所建立之數學模式。
- 英文摘要: A mathematical model of a semi-batch crystallization process is established. This semi-batch crystal-lizer is very suitable for crystallizing a low solubility of solute from a solvent. The population balanceequation which takes account of the crystal size distribution and the mass balance which considers thesolute concentration within the crystallizer are employed to describe the evaporative crystallization processin a nearly isothermal state. A general expression of the crystal growth rate and nucleation rate is consider-ed. The effective shifted Legendre polynomial approximation is employed to solve the system equations.Results are obtained by simulating the system equations.
