- 中文摘要: 本研究係利用傳統之冷壓與燒結法和熱壓技術研製碳化鎢一鈷合金之耐高溫碳化物。燒結後成品的顯微組識及其物理、機械性質均加以探討比較之“利用熱壓援生產WC-9.0%CO合金之最佳條件為燒結溫度1420oC,壓力1000 Psi,保持時問為2分鐘。
- 英文摘要: The making of cemented carbide of tungsten carbide-cobalt and multi-carbide-cobalt alloy have been studied by using classical cold pressing andsintering process and hot pressing techniques. The relationships betweenthe microstructure and physical, mechanical properties of the cementedcarbide are investigated. The optimum condition for producing WC-9.0%Co alloy by hot pressing is found, the pressing pressure to be 1000 psi,sintering temperature to be 1420oC and holding time 2 minutes.
