- 中文摘要: Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lini?亞麻萎凋病病原菌,依Qureshi和Page兩氏改良法所得之厚膜孢子,以其發芽率當作靜真菌作用之指標。在本省中部之彰化縣之亞麻抑病士壤和導病土壤皆有靜?菌作用,但在程度上有差異(p=0.05顯著性)土壤靜?菌作用之大小可以用濾紙層疊法測定之,此法比田間土壤稀釋法迅速且簡便。鐮刀菌厚膜孢子在兩種田間 土壤和其水抽出液中皆不能發芽,但可在高壓殺菌或環乙烷消毒處理後之土壤中及高壓殺菌或Millipore過濾處理之土壤抽出液和去離子蒸餾水中發芽。抑病土壤之靜?菌作用約?導病土壤之2至3倍。同時對亞麻土壤靜?菌作用與微生物活性, 土壤酸?度及揮發性因子之關係詳加討論,探討其可能之抑病因子。
- 英文摘要: Chlamydospore suspension of Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lira, a pathogen of flax, were prepared and the percentage of chlamydospore germination was taken as an index of fungistasis. Some quantitative difference (p=0.05 level significant) between the fungistatic activity was found in flax-suppressive and flax-conducive soils in central Taiwan. A filter paper overlapping method was also developed to measure fungistatic activity. This method can be handled more quickly and easily than field soil dilution method. Chlamydospore could germinate in deionized distilled water, autoclaved soils and soil extracts, ethylene oxide fumigating soils and millipore filtered soil extracts, but it did not germinate in the field soils or its water extracts. The fungistatic effects of suppressive soil were about 2 to 3 times that of conducive soil. Mechanisms involved in fungistasis of flax soils were also discussed.
