本研究係以水稻臺南五號為材料,依一、二期作慣常栽培管理方法栽種之,比較其光合成物
質及稻穗成長過程之差異。玆將試驗結果摘要於後:
1.屏東地區一、二期作產量之差異極為顯著,因其構成因素—穗數、一穗粒數及穗長;
不僅收穫時,即使在早期出穗時,其差異也極為顯著。
2.無論一、二期作,水稻植株內之光合成初產物—全醣之含量均很低,全碳水化合物和
澱粉之含量則很近似,故光合成物質主要以澱粉為主。
3.?部光合成物質之含量,當孕穗及出穗時,一期作比二期高出很多,其差異極為顯著,
到完熟期時反而低得顯著,故知自?部轉移到穗部之量,一期作比二期為多。
4.穗部光合成物質之含量,自乳熟到黃熟期,一期比二期高出很多,但此時期之?部?無
差異,知來自開花後同化所得為主。
5.孕穗期(減數分裂盛期)前,幼穗之穗長二期比一期為高,但出穗以後之穗長,則一期
優於二期,其各時期之差異極為顯著。
6.出穗時,一期作之一穗穎花數較二期為多,其發育成谷粒之比例也較二期為高,故收穫
時之一穗粒數優於二期作。
e - 英文摘要: The rice variety Tainan 5 was cultured inregular season under common field practices inJune 1976 and January 1977. Changes of itsphotosynthetic products and panicle growthprocess were studied at various stages duringtillering to maturing. Results obtained are sum-marized as follows: 1. Not only in maturity but also in headingstage, the panicle length, spikelet number perpanicle, panicle weight and panicle number perhill of the 1st and 2nd rice crops were signifi-cantly different, and so were their grain yields. 2. Although the major photosynthetic pro-ducts of rice plant was starch, its content oftotal-sugar at all stages was in low level exceptthat at heading stage. 3. Content of photosynthetic products instraw during flowering stage of the 1st cropwas higher than that of the 2nd crop, but itwas lower at maturity, indicating that the 1stcrop had a larger amount of carbohydrate totranslocate than the 2nd crop had. 4. During milking to yellowing stage, pho-tosynthate in panicle of the 1st crop was muchhigher than that in the 2nd crop, yet, theircontents in straw remained similar. Apparently,a majority of carbohydrate in grain came fromphotosynthesis after flowering. 5. The panicle length of the 1st crop wasshorter than that of the 2nd crop's beforebooting stage, but it became longer during head-ing to maturing stage. Statistical analysisrevealed that differences between all growthstages were significant. 6. Spikelet number per panicle of the 1stcrop was larger than the number of the 2ndcrop at heading stage, the former showed higherpercentage of maturing spikelet than the latter,therefore, the grain number per panicle of the1st crop was higher than that of the 2nd crop.
