- 中文摘要: 本研究係利用49株由桃園、鹿港及屏東等地的病魚及塘水分離所得之赤鰭病菌,進行對八種藥物之抗藥性試驗。實驗結果顯示,各種藥物對這些菌株之藥效,由弱而強依次為:penicillin, neomycin, tetracycline, sulfisoxazole, streptomycin, nitrofurantoin, kanamycin,及chloramphenicol。菌株之致病性與抗藥性間似無顯著關連。抗藥菌株通常對penicillin及tetracycline有抵抗性。培養於20°C之各菌株對藥物之感受性,較培養於37°C者為強,顯示溫度對藥物感受性有顯著的影響。
- 英文摘要: Forty-nine strains of Aeromonas hydrophila isolated from diseased fishes and from pond water in Taoyuan, Lukang and Pingtung were tested against 8 drugs. The effectiveness of these drugs in increasing order were: penicillin, neomycin, tetracycline, sulfisoxazole, streptomycin, nitrofurantoin, kanamycin and chloramphenicol. No relationship seemed to exist between pathogenecity type and drug sensitivity. Resistant strains were found to be typically penicillin and tetracycline resistant. The strains were more susceptible to drug action at 20蚓 than at 37蚓, indicating definite influence of temperature on the bacterium.
