- 中文摘要: This research examined the factors concerning and affecting community quality-of-life outcomes for youth with sensory or physical disabilities in Taiwan. A survey on quality of community life with 270 youth with sensory or physical disabilities was conducted across the state by a well-developed community quality-of-life reliable questionnaire. Seven latent constructs that related to community quality-of-life outcomes were determined by confirmatory factor analysis. They are mobility/independence, economic integration, objective environment, subjective environment, recreation/leisure, community involvement or interpersonal relationships, and family support. In addition, stepwise multiple regression revealed that the variables of gender, disability level, marriage, socioeconomic status of the parents, living area, and employment experience of youth with disabilities significantly correlated with their quality of community life, except for biological age, educational level, living arrangement, and type of disability. Recommendations are offered concerning the implications of these findings on community development, social welfare, career education, transition services, and further research.
- 英文摘要: 本研究旨在進行感官或肢體障礙青年社區生活品質的現況瞭解,驗證構成感官或肢體障礙青年社區生活品質的潛在因素,以及探討感官或肢體障礙青年社區生活品質的有關變項及其彼此之間相互的關係。就整體之社區生活品質現況而言,感官或肢體障礙者對於其社區生活品質之認同與接受狀況界於一般尚可之狀況;其中以社區生活品質之「行動獨立」分數最高,「休閒娛樂」為最低。就構成感官或肢體障礙青年社區生活品質的潛在構念而言,經驗證性因素分析所得之七個共同因素分別為「獨立行動能力」、「經濟融合」、「居住環境—主觀感受」、「居住環境—客觀條件」、「休閒娛樂」、「社區參與暨社交關係」、以及「家庭支持」。就社區生活品質相關因素分析而言,本研究發現,除了感官或肢體障礙青年的「年齡」、「教育程度」、「居住方式」、「障礙類別」四項對於社區生活品質的層面均無任何統計上顯著的相關外,感官或肢體障礙青年的「居住地區」、「父母社經地位」、「性別」、「婚姻狀況」、「障礙等級」、以及「就業狀況」等,對於感官或肢體障礙青年社區生活品質各有不同層面的相關。本研究並就教育訓練與生活實務發展觀點、社會福利與社區發展觀點、以及後續與未來研究的觀點等提出十二項有關的建議。
