- 中文摘要: 本文介紹兩種方法切割銲管接頭處支管端面的斜角:(1)定值斜角法,及(2)定值銲槍工作角法。環繞支管圓周各個銲接切面的面積可由兩銲管的半徑,管壁的厚度,中心偏移,交角,支管端面斜角,及圍繞支管圓周的角度之函數關係計算出來。而總銲接容積即可由這些面積決定。 應用〝定值銲槍工作角法〞比用〝定值斜角法〞的優點可由電腦模擬計算出的結果相比較得到證明。由此等結果,可定出〝定值斜角法〞銲接容積Vc與〝定值銲槍工作角法〞銲接容積Vo之比值(Vc/Vo)的量,而得知利用〝定值銲槍工作角法〞之優點。就本文所採取的幾何形狀而言,顯示該項比值的範圍從1.51490到4.81311。
- 英文摘要: Two methods are introduced to cut the bevel angle of the branch saddle end in pipe joint weldings:1)Fixed bevel angle, and 2) Fixed torch access angle. The areas of weld cross-sections around the branchpipe circumference are calculated as a function of pipe radii, wall thickness, centerline offset, angle ofintersection, bevel angle of the branch end, and degree around the branch pipe circumference. The weldareas are then used to determine the total weld volume. The advantages of applying the “fixed torch access angle method over the “fixed bevel angle”method are demonstrated by the comparison of the results evaluated by computer simulation. Theadvantage of using the “fixed torch access angle” is quantified by the ratio of the“fixed bevel angle”weld volume to the “fixed torch access angle” weld volume, Vc/Vo. For selected geometries, this ratio isshown to range from 1.51490 to 4.81311.
