- 中文摘要: A time-oriented approach to load shedding design of an electrical power system is proposed in this paper. To overcome the coordination difficulty among under-frequency relay settings, the time-oriented concept has been incorporated into the proposed scheme. Meanwhile, to decrease the possibility of load-shedding failure caused by distinct system dynamics, a modification method that considers maximum deviation of frequency at the last load-shedding step has also been added into the scheme. Using this method, the total amount of load to be shed can be calculated more accurately. The decline of the system frequency can be also better grasped. Numerical simulations have been performed to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method.
