o - 英文摘要: The aim of this project are:(1) eluci-dating the hormonal factors controlling of rice;(2) comparing the cytokinin activities of rootsystem cultivated under environmental conditionsof 1st and 2nd rice crops in Nankang area; and(3) looking for synthetic plant growth regulatorswhich have promoting effect on tillering andyield of rice. Results of these approaches area:(1)The tillering of rice are mainly controlled byauxins and cytokinins. Leaves produce auxinsand exhibit inhibitory effect on tillering, whilecytokinins synthesized in roots are required forbud activation. (2) Rice cultivated under 1stcrop condition contains higher cytokinin activi-ties than that of 2nd crop. (3) At concentra-tions ranging from 0.5-5 m M, DPX-1840 andchlorflurenol, two auxin transport inhibitors,greatly promote tillering.
