- 英文摘要: The effects of palladium concentration profile on the selective hydrogenation of isoprene (IP) were investigated. The activity and selectivity for the hydrogenation reaction on eggshell and uniform profile catalysts were measured in a trickle bed reactor. The results indicated that the eggshell catalyst had higher activity and selectivity than those of the uniform profile catalyst. A kinetic model based on a Langmuir-Hinshelwood equation was developed. The relative variations between experimental and estimated data are within 0.006 for both uniform and eggshell catalysts. The results indicate that the model is adequate for describing the reaction kinetics. Moreover, the apparent kinetic parameters of the model correlated nicely with the performance of the two catalyst samples.
