- 中文摘要: 將環氧樹脂∕染料ORANGE3(當量比=1.0/0.8)溶於環己酮以配25%溶掖,之後以迴旋法塗佈在導電玻璃上製成薄膜。此薄膜以150°C溫度硬化1小時,然後在電場中(3.2 KV) 以 180C同時進行極化(poling)與後期硬化(post-cured)六小時。所得之樣品,玻璃轉移溫度(Tg)為130.5°C。在紫外-可見光範圍,測定其干涉圖譜,推算該薄膜在不同波長之折射率,進而得到散佈曲線(disperse curve)。極化後,發色團之吸收有偏移現象。在玻璃轉移溫度之下,該極化後的樣品之介電常數為2.7368,且不受量測頻率和溫度之影響。此薄膜在極化後12天,以 Maker fringe法測得二階非線性磁導(susceptiviltiy) 為9.6 X 10 su .
- 英文摘要: A mixture of epoxy/disperse orange 3 with a ratio of equivalent weight=1.0/0.8 was dissolvedin cyclohexanone to prepare a 25% solution, and then was coated on an indium tin oxide (ITO) glassto form a thin film. The wet film was precured at 150 °C for an hour, followed by postcuring at 180 °Cfor an additional 5 hours under an electric field (3.2 KV). A glass transition temperature of 130.5 °Cwas found for this sample. Refractive indices were measured from an interference pattern in the UV-visible range, from which a disperse curve was constructed. Shift of absorbance after poling was observedfrom the UV-VIS spectra. At temperatures below its glass transition, a dielectric constant of 2.7368 forthe poled sample was measured, which was independent of frequency and temperature. Finally, a second-order nonlinear optical susceptibility, X(2) of 9.6 x10 su was found by using the Maker Fringe methodafter 12 days of poling
