- 中文摘要: 著者從耕地上壤中分離出一種細菌,能將葡萄糖氧化成為葡萄糖酸(gluconic acid),其收率達85%以上。就此菌株的形態及生理性質觀察結果,其分類位置似屬於 Pseudomonas 屬。 本篇報告是使用此菌株,以振盪培養方法檢討培養液之成份與培養條件,其結果發現硝酸鹽不適於本菌株之葡萄糖酸醱酵,而以醋酸銨及尿素等銨鹽做為氮源時,葡萄糖酸之產生率為高。至於碳源則以澱粉糖化液及工業用葡萄糖為理想,葡萄糖酸之產生率高達85%以上。又減低初糖分而採用追加糖液的醱酵方法之結果,發現對於縮短醱酵時間甚有效,並且其糖消費與菌骿增殖成比例,此現象可提示連續醱酵的可能性。
- 英文摘要: Screening tests were carried out in order to obtain microorganisms which are ableto produce gluconic acid from glucose. The stran No. G-120 having exceedingly highgluconic acid productivity was obtained and it was found to belong to the genusPseudomonas described in Bergey's Manual 7th Ed. With regard to the cnstituents of the fermentation medium, various nitrogensources (Table 2) and carbohydrate sources (Table 3), as well as the feeding effectof sugar solution (Fig. 2), were examined. After a series of experiments with moderate culture constituents under properconditions for fermentation, the yield of gluconic acid reached more than 85% onbasis of glucose supplied after 36 hour's incubaiton (Table 6).
