- 中文摘要: 本研究係利用水化熱量測儀、超音波測定器及光學顯微鏡等微結構偵測儀器配合傳統水泥漿體試驗設備以探討普通水泥之水化作用機理。由研究結果顯示:水泥漿體之水化放熱曲線、超音波脈波傳播速率曲線及貫入阻抗強度發展曲線三者間具有密切之關係。在水化放熱曲線上潛伏期終點與減速期終點間相應在超音波脈波傳播速率曲線上呈現一過渡轉換區,在潛伏期終點即加速期起點處相應有超音波脈波速率曲線遽升及水泥漿體貫入阻抗強度曲線開始發展之趨勢;此種水化作用之現象顯示水泥漿體係由固/液相轉變成塑/固相而開始提供初期強度,水泥漿體之水化放熱曲線上潛伏期終點及第二放熱峰出現時間相應約為由維卡針人度試驗所得之初凝時間及終凝時間,在光學顯微鏡晶相圖中可以發現水泥漿體於凝結過程中氫氧化鈣晶相快速成長。
- 英文摘要: In this study, calorimeter,ultrasonic tester, optical microscope and other equipment are employedto investigate the hydration mechanism of portland cement paste. Test results indicate that there is a closerelationship among the calorimetric curve, ultrasonic pulse velocity curve and penetrative resistancestrength curve. A transition zone appearing in ultrasonic pulse velocity curve corresponds to the periodbetween the end of the dormant period and the deceleration period in the calorimetric curve. At the endof the dormant period, and also the beginning of the acceleration period, the ultrasonic pulse velocitycurve rises rapidly and the penetrative resistance strength curve tends to develop.Such hydration pheno-mena imply that cement pastic changes from the solid/liquid phase to the plastic/solid phase and begins togain strength. The end of the dormant period and the second peak in the calorimetric curve are similar tothe initial and final setting time measured by the Vicat needle. From the OM micrograph it can be found thatcalcium hydroxide growth is significant during the setting.
